Description
Agia Napa Marina is a mixed-use development integrating residential, commercial, and recreational infrastructure, with a total construction cost of €350 million. The project features the East and West Twin Towers, each standing over 113 meters tall with 28 floors, housing 220 spacious and luxurious apartments that offer panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea. The structural system for supporting vertical loads consists of slabs, columns, and a specially designed core. This core, made of high-strength C50/60 concrete, has a circular shape and incorporates embedded steel members along its perimeter. These steel elements form a structural frame that works in conjunction with the concrete to create composite beams, ensuring strength and stability.
