Description
A new commercial park is under construction on the former AVEX complex site in Patras, led by a Dutch real estate development company. This project aims to transform the city into a major shopping hub for the wider region. The park’s centrepiece will be a large IKEA showroom, complemented by four additional chain stores. Two of these stores will specialise in sportswear and organic cosmetics, while another will be part of a well-known supermarket chain. The commercial park is expected to be fully operational by the end of the year.
