Our state-of-the-art production hubs enable us to serve clients worldwide.
Our industrial premises are designed to support large-scale, high-precision structural steelworks. Spanning over a 42,000m² privately owned site, our facilities include 20,000m² of production area for efficient and qualitative production procedures. The facility also consists of a 400m² office area, equipped with modern amenities to support technical and admin tasks.
Additionally, there’s a dedicated 3,500m² of enclosed bay specially made for steelwork processing. Also, we possess a 2,500m² open area, designated especially for two EOT (Electric overhead travelling) cranes, each having a 16-ton lifting capacity, that is used for raw materials transportation and outdoor storage of finished products. These ultra-modern facilities are strategically designed and located to ensure seamless and continuous workflow across the globe.
The production area consists of four central bays and two auxiliary ones, and each is independently managed to maintain ideal conditions for specialized operations. Furthermore, composite beam production takes place in a dedicated, state-of-the-art facility specially designed for this purpose.
All production areas are equipped with overhead cranes, rotating cranes, and EOT systems to handle complex and large-scale steel structures. These machines can lift up to 80 tons of weight and feature advanced synchronization with the bays for smooth and safe rotation of oversized and heavy objects.
Our outdoor areas are meticulously arranged to facilitate logistics and material handling. A large portion of these areas is covered by EOT cranes, facilitating the effortless movement of steel structures. Also, all outdoor spaces are clearly marked with appropriate signs and measures to ensure the traceability of all stored materials.
